Important: Emio is a contraction timing tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider with any concerns about your pregnancy or labour.

By downloading, installing, or using Emio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

You may create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or an email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Your contraction data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Design Practice Ltd (the maker of Emio) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on contraction timing data during labour.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
